The Opener would determine prospective merchants, providing an excellent customer service, this role needs you to be a very Sales Enthusiastic person, Self-oriented, good time management skills. The Opener will work diligently to identify leads, educate merchants on our products, work with our merchants to create a plan for their financing needs in the future, track all sales activities in company CRM system and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects. Opener must be able to maintain a high flow of outgoing calls (Minimum 280 calls a day) and be open to be trained and maintain a constant teamwork. This role would make you be the first contact with the prospective customer; therefore, you are required to maintain a professional communication. 

Also, in this role, the Opener has a career path to move up in the company as he/she growth in EFS. We are believers of anyone could do this job, we are pro-training, we just need the right person that is open to be trained and learn how this industry works. 

Our business hours are as follow:

Monday-Friday 9:00 Am EST to 6:00 pm EST

Fridays we have the possibility of leaving early if the job is done.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus.

This job is paid only by Monthly Commission per deal funded.

Responsibilities:

• Differentiate between the various types of products.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
• Ability to collect all the documentation needed for a merchant to qualify for any of our products.
• Maintain a high volume of calls.
• Maintain a high volume of submissions.
